SECURITY

  • Audio and Word files will not be accepted / returned unless encrypted or password protected.
  • Names and addresses will not be stored or sold to any third party.
  • Personal and medical details will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be discussed or divulged.
PRICING
  • Prices quoted on the Medical Dictation website must be honoured.
  • Payment may be made by cheque or BACS and is due 14 days from invoice date.  Medical Dictation reserve the right to refuse further work if payments are overdue.
  • Receipts will be issued only on request.
DELIVERY
  • Correspondence will be delivered when ready unless a date has been specified.
DISCLAIMER
  • Correspondence will be proofread for spelling and grammar before return. However, responsibility for technical content and any dictated prescription dose(s) lies with the author.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit not caused by the Company.
CLAIMS
  • Queries regarding the content or condition of audio or Word files supplied must be addressed to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Any query regarding invoicing must be addressed to the Company within 2 days of receipt.
  • The Company cannot accept any responsibility for any consequential loss, however incurred, and its liability is limited to the cost of the work charged
